The Big Lodge sleep 27 guests across 6 bedrooms.


There are a mix of single beds and bunkbeds with rooms spread across two floors.
 The lodge is self-catering with a generous kitchen, dining and lounge area. The accommodation is of a high standard and is well equipped throughout. It is perfect for all kinds of groups – we host cyclists, walkers, training groups, friends and families and are suitable for school and educational trips.

The location, close to Peebles and a short drive to Glentress and Innerleithen, means you have access to road and mountain biking, hiking, horse riding, the River Tweed for fishing, Kailzie has its own Fisheries, kayaking, canoeing, wild swimming and paddleboarding. There are lots of local companies offering activities that can be pre booked and we are happy to help connect groups.
